This week all of our WODs involve burpees, and we want to extend an extra burpee challenge to y'all!  Choose between 50 or 100 burpees for time!  Tag us in your videos or pics and let's see them burpees!  Don't forget to share on Instagram using the hashtag above and tag us so we can cheer you on!
