Don’t have time for 10 minutes? Try to move throughout the day, making sure to get up and walk around every hour.
Feeling frustrated about hitting all 3 of your macros? Hit your protein and stay at your calories.
Feeling overwhelmed about weighing and tracking everything? Weigh high calorie and/or fat dense items and eyeball the rest.
Went off or over your macro plan? Get back to it as soon as possible.
Making macros work in your life is as much about you understanding you as it is about you understanding food. It’s about choosing the foods that are worth it to you, finding the strategies that work in your life, being active in ways that you enjoy--and progressing in ways that challenge and inspire you.
